Every meeting—whether strategic, operational, or celebratory—offers vast, often overlooked opportunities for impact. By pausing to ask why meetings happen, what outcomes we truly want, and how we can foster meaningful dialogue and connection, we unlock the full power of these gatherings. Relationships built on trust and quality conversations become the cornerstone of success.

People worldwide are spending more time in meetings than ever before. These organisational touchpoints are expected to deliver a wide range of goals: alignment, coordination, innovation, collaboration, inspiration, and more.

Yet, too often, meetings fall short of their promise. Instead of feeling energised and empowered, it leaves you feeling frustrated, disengaged, and stuck. Through our work with clients across the globe, we’ve encountered the same recurring challenges—meetings that don’t deliver and teams unsure how to fix recurring challenges like:

Programme Structure

This fully online programme consists of 5 live sessions of 2 hours each designed for leaders, facilitators, and team members who want to rethink how they gather:

Every Wednesday in March from for 2 hours from 14h00 - 16h00 CAT (5, 12, 19, 26 March)
